With a growing international footprint and a commitment to innovation, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and develop scalable operational modules for supply chain and logistics.
Position Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, ERP implementation, and Financial Planning to develop robust operational and financial modules that enhance efficiency and profitability. Modern CFOs increasingly play a central role in integrating finance with supply chain and ERP systems to improve cash flow, working capital, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and compliance.
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Design and implement efficient financial controls for supply chain and logistics operations.
- Preferred Knowledge of Pak-China Import Logistics.
- Develop cost optimization strategies for procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as inventory turnover, procurement efficiency, logistics costs, and working capital.
- Collaborate with operations teams to create scalable supply chain frameworks.
- Analyze supplier contracts and optimize vendor payment structures.
Supply chain decisions directly impact cash flow, margins, and working capital, making finance leadership increasingly important in logistics-intensive businesses.
Retail Operations & Outlet Management
- Develop and implement financial and operational frameworks for retail outlets to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor outlet-level KPIs including sales growth, gross margins, inventory turnover, shrinkage, and operating expenses.
- Establish standardized SOPs, budgeting, and reporting mechanisms across all retail locations.
- Collaborate with retail teams to optimize inventory planning, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
- Ensure effective stock management and replenishment processes to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Analyze retail performance data and provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Support the expansion of new outlets by conducting financial feasibility studies and operational planning.
- Must possess strong knowledge of retail operations, multi-location management, and retail financial controls.
ERP & Module Development
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems across finance, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Design integrated business modules for:

- Inventory Management
- Logistics & Dispatch
- Warehouse Management
- Financial Reporting
- Cost Accounting
- Ensure seamless integration between finance and operations.
- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
ERP implementations require CFO leadership to align systems with financial goals, ensure data integrity, and deliver measurable business value.
Strategic Planning
- Advise senior management on business expansion, investments, and risk management.
- Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for business performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- CA / ACCA / CMA / CPA / MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance and Logistics Management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Odoo
- NetSuite
ERP systems integrate finance, logistics, procurement, and inventory functions into a unified platform, making them essential for operational efficiency.
