Job Summary

Cafe Chocolat is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and performance. The ideal candidate must have strong experience within café, chocolate, confectionery, bakery, or premium F&B brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee cost control and inventory valuation.
• Support expansion plans, new store openings, and business investments.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, and taxation matters.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of finance experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in café, chocolate, bakery, confectionery, restaurant, or premium F&B brands.
• Strong knowledge of retail and F&B financial operations.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
