Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of Effect Doctors London in Saudi Arabia. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, inventory control, overseeing group budgeting and reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic expansion initiatives across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and scalability.
  • Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow, and capital allocation.
  • Lead the preparation of management reports and investor dashboards.
  • Establish robust financial controls and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and tax laws.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinic management to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Inventory control.
  • Lead banking relationships and external audits.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, board, and investors.
  • Support expansion planning, acquisitions, and new clinic rollouts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of financial leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, retail, or multi-site operations (healthcare or related service industries preferred).
  • Proven experience managing financial operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, ZATCA, and local tax/compliance regulations.
  • Analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
