Human Capital is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Logistics & Shipping industry. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven finance leader with strong expertise in financial management, business planning, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, banking, and working capital management
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and the Board
• Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple business units

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
• Prior experience within logistics, shipping, supply chain, or related industries preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
