POSITION OVERVIEW
- Executive leadership role overseeing health and human services operations
- Focus on advancing medical care and public health initiatives
- Leadership of large-scale healthcare operations with significant strategic influence
- Opportunity to design and implement community-wide healthcare programs
- Concierge-style patient care environment focused on high-quality service
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $350,000 – $500,000
- Executive-level compensation structure
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 13 paid annual holidays
ROLE
- Lead large multidisciplinary healthcare operations
- Oversee more than 50 direct reports
- Develop and execute strategic healthcare initiatives
- Foster advancements in public health and medical care delivery
- Manage community-focused healthcare services and programs
ENVIRONMENT
