Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) (Exclusively for Emirati with family book)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary : 50,000aed monthly - plus bonus and benefits

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Emirati with family book to take charge of the HR function, shaping the organization’s people strategy and leading the development of a high-performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions: payroll, recruitment, talent management, training & development, and administration.
• Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing HR team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Serve as a key member of the executive committee, advising on people and organizational strategy.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, and reward frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

• UAE National with executive presence and strategic HR leadership experience.
• 10–15 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
• Experience in HR transformation or scaling HR functions is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
