Chief Information Officer (CIO)

NicPharma is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our information technology initiatives and ensure our IT strategy aligns with business goals. The ideal candidate will drive technological innovations and uphold the integrity of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the IT strategy to support business objectives.
• Oversee the management of all IT resources, including hardware, software, and personnel.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management protocols are enforced.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally as a CIO or in a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.

Salary:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from 140 to 280 QAR.
