We are seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) – Secure Communications & Cybersecurity Platforms to lead the organization’s cybersecurity strategy and oversee the development of secure communication technologies. In this executive leadership role, you will guide cybersecurity initiatives, manage enterprise security architecture, and ensure the protection of digital platforms and sensitive data.

Working closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and security specialists, you will help shape the company’s cybersecurity roadmap and implement robust security frameworks supporting secure communications systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance:

• Develop and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategies and information security policies
• Establish governance frameworks ensuring secure communications infrastructure and data protection

Secure Communications Platforms:

• Oversee security architecture for encrypted messaging systems, secure email platforms, and digital communications technologies
• Ensure communication systems remain protected against cyber threats and vulnerabilities

Security Operations & Risk Management:

• Lead security monitoring, incident response programs, and threat detection initiatives
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management programs across enterprise platforms

Compliance & Regulatory Standards:

• Ensure compliance with international cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and secure communications frameworks
• Implement security practices aligned with global cybersecurity best practices

Leadership & Security Team Development:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including cybersecurity engineers, security analysts, and infrastructure specialists
• Promote a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement across technology teams

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership, information security architecture, or enterprise security operations
• Experience managing cybersecurity teams and complex enterprise security infrastructures

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, and secure communications protocols
• Experience with cloud security frameworks, threat detection systems, and enterprise security architecture
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and global data protection regulations

Core Competencies:

• Strategic cybersecurity leadership and risk management expertise
• Strong analytical thinking and incident response decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder collaboration skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred
• Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly valued
