Chief Legal Officer Job Requirements:

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school

Bar Membership:

• Active membership in a state bar

Experience:

• Significant experience practicing law, with a focus on the specific area of law relevant to the organization
