Chief Legal Officer

DIA Developments - is seeking for an experienced Chief Legal Officer (CLO) to join our real estate development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage all legal matters of the company

-Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, DLD, and RERA regulations

-Oversee contracts, SPAs, JVs, and commercial agreements

-Manage legal risk and protect company interests

-Advise management on legal and strategic decisions

-Handle corporate governance and regulatory filings

-Support project structuring and real estate transactions

Requirements:

• 8+ years of legal experience, mainly in real estate development in Dubai
• Senior-level legal role experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate, DLD & RERA regulations
• Experience with SPAs, JVs, construction and commercial contracts
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong business understanding
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
