To develop and deliver on the Online Partner Business Unit (BU) strategy for the FY by managing various internal and external stakeholders.

To build the right offer to suit the online customer profile and maximize full price sell through by maximizing sales and profit opportunities

To deliver sales and profit targets by effectively trading the e-commerce channel on Partners.

Lead relationships with key partners and drive sales as well as operational KPIs for each partner.

Operate with a sense of urgency, aligning your vision to the long-term business goals,

Ensure competitive product ranges are selected, as negotiated with business partners.

Lead, inspire and mentor the e-commerce team

Identifying new marketplace opportunities

Development of new ranges online

Identify key KPI's and report against these to the Leadership on a weekly basis.
