Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across diverse channels. Duties
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies encompassing digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising to elevate brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Oversee advertising sales initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to optimize product positioning and promotional efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and refine strategies.
- Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and enhancements.
- Supervise content development including copywriting, visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, and website management via WordPress or HTML coding.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Drive e-commerce growth through targeted online advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
- Foster innovation in digital marketing practices while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.
- Lead efforts in print advertising when applicable, ensuring cohesive messaging across all mediums.
Experience
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in senior marketing roles with demonstrated success in B2B and B2C marketing environments, experience in apparel strongly desired.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong background in content marketing strategies combined with copywriting skills for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in performance marketing techniques aimed at maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation; familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML coding is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales optimization practices.
- Experience managing large budgets while achieving measurable results.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
