Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across multiple channels. Duties
- Build and drive a data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy targeted at owners, developers, general contractors, and facility managers; emphasize project delivery, safety history, and value-based differentiation; manage bid portals, RFPs, and pipelines with compelling case studies and measurable ROI.
- Partner with the CEO, Operations (Estimating/Preconstruction), and Safety/Compliance to shape go-to-market, messaging, pricing strategy, and service-line expansion (e.g., civil works, renovations, facilities maintenance); own budget, demand quality, and ROI linked to win rates.
- Lead the creation of engaging content marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, enhance brand awareness, and drive successful lead generation.
- Lead and scale a regional marketing team including digital specialists, content creators, and vendor partners; build a library of credible content (case studies, safety records, client testimonials, videos, project portfolios); maximize presence at industry events, trade shows, local branding, and digital channels to reinforce reliability and on-time delivery; foster a culture of experimentation, speed to insight, and continuous learning with a modern tech stack.
- Oversee all advertising sales initiatives, ensuring effective promotion of services through targeted campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Manage digital marketing efforts utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and performance marketing techniques to optimize ROI.
- Supervise the development and maintenance of the company website using WordPress, HTML, and other web technologies to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Coordinate research efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or other relevant master’s degree strongly preferred; 8–12+ years of senior B2B marketing leadership in construction services or industrial sectors preferred; proven track record with bid-driven lead generation and RFP processes; strong CRM/marketing automation experience (e.g., Service Titan); willingness to travel regionally.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, AEO, Google Ads, paid ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies integrating online and offline campaigns.
- Experience with advertising sales development across various media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe and Canva for content creation and visual storytelling.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools such as WordPress and HTML for website management.
- Skilled in analytics tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy adjustments.
- Ability to leverage marketing automation systems for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Excellent research capabilities to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
- Strong copywriting skills for compelling messaging across multiple formats.
- Familiarity with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords campaigns, print advertising methods, and product management principles.
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments with a focus on building strategic partnerships.
