Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, growth-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing vision and scale our brand from early traction to market leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy + execution, build systems from scratch, and drive measurable business growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy — from brand positioning to demand generation.
- Drive growth marketing across performance ads, SEO, content, email, and social channels.
- Work closely with founders, product, and sales teams to define go-to-market strategies.
- Build and experiment with acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
- Analyze metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, and campaign ROI to make data-driven decisions.
- Establish the company’s voice, storytelling, and brand identity.
- Hire, mentor, and scale a lean, high-performing marketing team.
- Test fast, iterate faster — embrace experimentation and rapid execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth hacking.
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience launching products, building funnels, and scaling user acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in analytics tools and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, e-commerce, or B2B startups.
- Experience building marketing teams from 0 → 1.
- Understanding of product-led growth and customer journey optimization.
