We combine the heart and agility of a family business with the scale and professionalism of a regional brand — and we’re looking for a strategic CMO to lead our next phase of expansion.

About the Role:

The CMO will lead all marketing operations for Baths R Us, overseeing strategy, brand, and performance across digital and traditional channels. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who knows how to grow a brand while keeping costs under control. You’ll lead efforts to lower marketing spend, increase efficiency, and drive high-quality leads that convert into loyal customers. What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy focused on ROI and cost control.
  • Lead digital marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics.
  • Oversee inside sales, event marketing, and traditional campaigns.
  • Broadcast and print campaigns that reinforce our brand presence
  • Improve lead quality and lower cost per acquisition.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business goals.

What You Bring:
  • 6+ years in marketing, 3+ in senior leadership.
  • Home improvement or residential services experience required.
  • Proven success reducing marketing costs while driving growth.
  • Deep experience in digital, analytics, and multi-location marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Cleveland, Ohio or travel monthly for on-site collaboration.
