The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for driving the end-to-end marketing strategy for Litemed across all channels. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in D2C and B2C marketing , performance-driven growth strategies, and proven experience in scaling consumer brands . The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with creative brand-building skills.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership


  • Develop and execute the overall brand and marketing strategy aligned with Litemed’s business goals.

  • Build, grow, and strengthen Litemed’s brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Lead brand storytelling, visual identity, and communication strategy.


Growth & Performance Marketing


  • Own the full marketing funnel — awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

  • Oversee digital marketing strategies including paid ads, SEO, SEM, social media, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key performance metrics.


D2C & B2C Expansion


  • Drive growth across D2C platforms (website, marketplaces) and B2C channels (retail, clinics, partner networks).

  • Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market plans for product launches.

  • Scale revenue through data-driven experiments, segmentation, and consumer insights.


Product & Consumer Insights


  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align marketing strategies with product pipeline and market needs.

  • Leverage data analytics to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Lead customer-centric initiatives to improve brand experience and retention.


Team Leadership & Collaboration


  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, creative, and content functions.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing ROI with business objectives.

  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.




Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of proven experience in Marketing, with strong expertise in D2C and B2C brands .

  • Demonstrated success in scaling a consumer brand , preferably in health, wellness, beauty, personal care, or FMCG.

  • Strong understanding of digital performance marketing, consumer acquisition, and growth strategies.

  • Experience in brand building, storytelling, and managing end-to-end marketing functions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
