Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and oversee the company’s marketing initiatives in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-level marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and increasing sales through innovative campaigns and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead branding, positioning, and promotion of real estate projects (residential & commercial)
• Oversee digital marketing, social media campaigns, and lead generation activities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, advertising firms, and stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
• Ensure strong online presence through website, SEO, and digital platforms

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of real estate marketing and property sales strategies
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in real estate projects such as apartments, housing schemes, or commercial developments
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and sales growth
• Familiarity with property portals and real estate advertising platforms
