Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

• Provide overall clinical leadership and medical direction for the organization.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety and clinical quality.
• Oversee clinical governance, medical ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and support physicians and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Drive evidence-based practices, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, accreditation, and licensing standards.
• Clinical team Handling, duty rosters, leave management & upskilling.

Requirements

• MBBS with valid license
• 5-8 years of clinical experience with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,636.67 - ₹70,000.05 per month
