Chief Nurse Officer

The Chief Nurse Officer (CNO) will provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for all nursing functions. The CNO is responsible for driving excellence in patient care, fostering a supportive and professional environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and continued quality improvement/patient safety.

Qualifications

• BSN Degree Required
• Master's or enrolled in Master's Degree
• Prefer 10+ years related clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 5+ years progressive management/leadership in an Acute Care setting, inpatient rehab, or related clinical setting
• Demonstrated ability to lead, drive quality metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Active RN License in Nevada or eligible to gain state licensure
