ABOUT THE ROLE
HR Force International is hiring a Chief of Product Growth & Marketing to own the full revenue marketing function for a B2B SaaS operation. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has lived inside SaaS products — not just marketed them from the outside.
You will define the GTM motion, sharpen the product narrative, build the demand engine, and lead a team that ships fast. If you've spent your career in traditional marketing agencies or non-SaaS environments, this role is not for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy across all customer segments and channels
- Define and maintain brand positioning and messaging architecture
- Drive demand generation with direct pipeline accountability
- Lead product marketing — launches, ICP definition, and competitive intelligence
- Run and prioritize growth experiments across acquisition channels
- Build, hire, and manage a lean, high-output marketing team
- Own the marketing-to-sales handoff and ensure funnel hygiene
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmap with market signals
REQUIREMENTS
- 5–10 years of experience strictly in B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated GTM ownership — strategy AND execution, not one or the other
- Hands-on experience taking a SaaS product from 0→1 or 1→3 growth stages
- Strong written communication — you can craft a product narrative from scratch
- Data-fluent: comfortable with funnels, CAC, LTV, churn, and cohort analysis
- Experience managing or building small marketing teams
- Background in RegTech, AI tooling, or vertical SaaS is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate with high autonomy and low structure
Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
