About the Role
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to act as the Founder’s right hand and play a critical role in scaling Tamanna’s operations, partnerships, and execution capabilities. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the center of strategy, operations, and execution.
You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment across teams, and solve complex problems that cut across product, risk, banking partnerships, and technology
Key Responsibilities
Founder & Executive Support
- Act as a trusted partner to the Founder across strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare analysis, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and board discussions.
- Support decision-making by synthesizing information across teams and stakeholders.
Strategic Execution & Operations
- Drive execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and high-priority projects.
- Translate strategic goals into clear plans, timelines, and ownership across teams.
- Track progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate initiatives across banks, product, risk, technology, and operations teams.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between functions, removing blockers where needed.
- Step in to own and resolve high-impact issues that lack a clear functional owner.
Partnerships & External Stakeholders
- Support development and management of partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and external vendors.
- Coordinate communication and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with negotiations, relationship management, and operational rollout of partnerships.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and execution risks as the company scales.
- Drive process improvements and ensure teams are aligned on priorities.
- Support internal communication and change management initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or startup leadership roles.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups, fintech, or regulated environments.
- Strong operational and strategic thinking with excellent execution skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of ownership, discretion, and judgment.
