Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Go Crispy branches. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, team development, financial performance, and an outstanding customer experience across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches, ensuring alignment with Go Crispy’s brand standards and procedures.
Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Implement and oversee processes to ensure smooth collaboration between Front of House (FOH), Middle of House (MOH), and Back of House (BOH) teams.
Ensure that all branches consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational efficiency.

Leadership and Team Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop branch managers and key team members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to branch managers to promote continuous improvement.
Foster a positive and motivated working environment across all branches, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Address staffing issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and scheduling adjustments, as needed.

Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets for assigned branches, ensuring cost controls and profitability.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve revenue and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and approve branch expenditures, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.

Customer Experience:
Ensure all branches deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience, aligned with Go Crispy’s service standards.
Review customer feedback and implement action plans to address areas of improvement.
Train staff on effective customer service techniques, including upselling and complaint resolution.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Oversee inventory levels across branches, ensuring stock availability and minimizing waste.
Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of supplies and ingredients.
Monitor compliance with FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for food safety.

Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out promotional campaigns and ensure branch-level implementation.
Monitor the success of promotional activities and provide feedback for future campaigns.

Compliance and Standards:
Ensure all branches comply with food safety regulations, health standards, and local laws.
Conduct regular audits to maintain brand standards in quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures.
Implement corrective actions for non-compliance issues.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present detailed reports on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of overall experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the same field (QSR/F&B operations preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Experience in inventory, supply chain, and vendor management
  • Outstanding customer service and quality standards orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement and monitor KPIs, processes, and standards
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure
