Job Description:

The Chief of Staff – Executive Office (Giga-Project) serves as a pivotal leader in driving the strategic vision and operational execution of a high-stakes giga-project. This position demands an exceptionally seasoned executive with at least 15 years of experience in project management, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement within complex, multi-disciplinary environments. The Chief of Staff will provide strategic counsel to the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. This role requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing inputs to identify opportunities for improving project deliverables and timelines.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior project management role, preferably within large-scale capital projects or infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational success and alignment.

Job Responsibilities:
