Position - Chief of Staff - GM’s Office

Your Opportunity

Chief of Staff for the GM, serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the GM’s Office and responsible for partnering with GM and other relevant stakeholders to lead operations for Roche India. This role facilitates GM’s focus on the North star through governance, process improvements and critical projects. This position reports to General Manager - India

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for affiliate and IES outcomes development and tracking progress
• Responsible for effective coordination of the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, in close partnership with GM and other key stakeholders
• Provides a bridge for smooth communication between GM and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with employees
• Provides counsel to GM and senior leadership to guide affiliate strategy, based on organizational and external insights
• Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for the GM.
• Prepare dashboards, share insights and ensure governance of centrally driven projects
• Delivers projects, deliverables per deadlines, with high quality, in a fast paced environment
• Drives creation of affiliate outcomes along with GM and IES to align with global and regional outcomes
• Supports the GM on above affiliate initiatives including tracking and progress of strategic initiatives and work packages
• This position will collaborate internally with GM, Leadership team, Enabling functions, Disease Area Squad Leads & global stakeholders. Externally this position will collaborate with HCP's, Institutions, government stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• You are hands on and can seamlessly transition from strategic discussions to hands on operational tasks.
• Expert in Data analytics & presentation skills.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Qualifications

• MBA or Masters from Tier 1/2 colleges
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management preferably at top consulting firms
