What You'll Do:
As Chief of Staff | Human Resources, you’ll support the CEO in overseeing the smooth operation of PrintingCenterUSA and help drive a high-performance culture aligned with our vision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Human Resources Management:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company values and a focus on customer-centric service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, fostering an inclusive, positive work environment that drives unparalleled service.
- Oversee performance reviews, coaching, and employee development programs to support staff who deliver unparalleled customer experiences.
- Manage workers' compensation claims, leave programs (including FMLA, ADA), and maintain confidential records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company’s mission of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Chief of Staff Responsibilities:
- Support strategic planning and assist the CEO in implementing initiatives that align with our “Why” and drive delivering an "Unparalleled Customer Experience."
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress toward company goals that enhance customer experience and business growth.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams in pursuit of service excellence.
- Facilitate the preparation of leadership meetings, tracking action items, and following up with relevant stakeholders.
- Improve operational processes and create efficiencies that support the growth of the business and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, project management, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership abilities, with strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related Human Resource related certifications.
- Experience with HR systems, compliance tracking, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.
What We Offer:
- Job Type: Full-time, in-person role.
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus up to 15% performance-based bonus program.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for projects.
