The Director, Chief of Staff is a strategic and operational partner to senior leadership, helping drive alignment, execution, and clarity across priorities. This role operates across functions, leading key initiatives, improving operating rhythms, and ensuring leadership teams are focused on the highest-impact work. You will move fluidly between strategy and execution, stepping into projects as needed to accelerate progress and resolve challenges.

Establish and manage operating rhythms, including planning cycles, leadership meetings, and decision-making processes.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 15 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience; or a PhD with 8 years experience

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint.
