Perform assigned tasks and follow up with the team to ensure all assigned responsibilities are accomplished.
Assist in receiving inquires and media requests and forward them to the concerned agencies and sectors to get the desired information.
Issue photography permits at the RTA facilities and services.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
Prepare daily media coverage and send them to the concerned departments in addition to archiving.
Prepare section monthly report in addition to contributing to the preparation of media monthly reports and section presentations.
Liaise with the Section Concerned to highlight RTA’s services in social media channels in addition to providing them with media materials to be downloaded to RTA’s YouTube account.
Prepare and arrange for the annual media meetings.
Invite media outlets to attend and cover press conferences as well as to ensure their attendance.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor/ Higher Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing from a recognized university.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
3 years of working experience
