Responsibilities
- Participate in reviewing the Internal Business Processes and Process Maps.
- Ensure all announcements and circulars are distributed on time to all locations and staff.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the manager.
- Follow up and generate reports for Monthly Performance Report for all Licensing Departments.
- Assist Manager in project management administration functions and carry out administrative duties as assigned in line with CEO directions to Strategic Business Units and RTA agencies as per agreed deadlines.
- Assist and maintain records of issues related to Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP) and for the achievements of Corporate Excellence Team.
- Support Office Manager in tasks according to workload and assist Manager regarding Teams/Committees, and attend meetings as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, International Studies with 0-2 years of experience from a recognized University, or Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in Law, International Studies, or minimum 5 years of experience in relevant competencies.
- Technical Writing Skills.
- Scheduling.
