Are you a senior construction leader with a proven track record in delivering high-rise building projects across the UAE? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a leading contracting organisation in Dubai.

The COO will provide strategic leadership across project delivery and corporate functions, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful execution of multiple large-scale, high-rise construction projects .
• Oversee operational departments including Projects, Planning, Technical, MEP, HSE, QA/QC, and Assets.
• Drive organisational performance, governance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Build strong client, consultant, and authority relationships to strengthen market position.
• Implement operational efficiencies, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management - mandatory
• 20+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 10 years in senior leadership (GM, Operations Director, COO).
• Proven experience managing high-rise projects of AED 2B+ value .
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, project controls, procurement, and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is essential (recent experience on UAE projects essential)
