Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organization in achieving operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives. The COO will be responsible for overseeing 100% of the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all business functions are aligned with our overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Oversee operations management, ensuring that processes are optimized for productivity and quality.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and enhance profitability.
• Facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Experience

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a COO or in similar positions.
• Extremely talented in attracting, retaining, and developing Quality Supervisors and Store Operators.
• Strong background in operations management with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a complex organizational structure.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and driving business development efforts.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams effectively.
• Proficient in project management principles with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of change management practices to lead organizational transformation successfully.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
