Chief Operating Officer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the daily operations of our growing real estate and property management company. You'll work closely with the Board to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance with Dubai real estate regulations.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations, staff, and departmental performance.
• Supervise finance, reporting, and budgets.
• Ensure RERA, DED, and Ejari compliance.
• Lead HR, training, and performance management.
• Manage relationships with service providers and real estate portals.
• Improve workflows and implement digital systems and SOPs.
• Monitor KPI performance and support strategic planning.
• Promote client satisfaction and service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of senior experience in real estate or property management.
• Strong background in operations, finance, and leadership.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate framework.
• Strategic, hands-on, and tech-driven mindset (CRM/ERP experience preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.
