Our mission is simple: empower small business owners to scale with confidence. We’re a 50+ person team with big goals, and we’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to help us take Fund&Grow to the next level.

The Role

We’re hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations, optimize systems, and build scalable processes that drive company growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, someone who can blend strategic vision with operational execution and turn great ideas into measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and client success.
• Develop and refine business systems, processes, and KPIs that drive growth and profitability.
• Build operational infrastructure to support scaling and improve cross-department collaboration.
• Partner with the executive team and leadership team to translate strategy into action.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver consistent results.
• Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and high performance.
• Implement data-driven decision-making tools, reporting systems, and process automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations or executive management.
• Proven success scaling teams and systems in a small to mid-sized company.
• Strong understanding of business finance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for empowering small business owners.

Compensation

This role includes a competitive base salary, with future eligibility for a performance incentive program once key milestones and growth metrics are defined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
