We are looking for a "COO" for our leading client in Energy and Manufacturing sectors.

The position will be responsible for 6 different plants.


The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facilities and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

The position directly reporting to Board.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the management of their plants, coordinating all activities related to plant operational functions, following the established policies and in accordance to schedules, quantities, quality and costs,
  • Managing Daily and weekly production plan of plant and related reports according to customer demand with sales department and production department,
  • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations,
  • Provide plant leadership and direct plant management team with integration of multiple disciplines and departments; responsible for managing plant P&L, developing manufacturing facility policies, and authorising their implementation while ensuring product quality and safety,
  • Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies,
  • Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources.


Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent,
  • Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations,
  • min. 10 years' of executive experience,
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills,
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork & networking skills,
  • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness, operations management, budget development and oversight Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results while developing a strong team.
