Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer in Dubai. The COO will oversee all operational aspects of the business including retail operations, supply chain, facilities management, and B2B project coordination. You'll be responsible for optimizing business processes, managing teams across multiple locations, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with company growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee retail operations in UAE
• Manage supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations
• Lead team hiring, training, and performance management
• Control operational budgets and drive cost efficiency
• Coordinate B2B and corporate gifting projects from order to delivery
• Manage facilities, technical operations, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for leadership

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of operations management experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles in retail, FMCG, or luxury goods
• Experience managing multi-site operations
• Strong knowledge of UAE business practices and regulations
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• Excellent leadership, financial, and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems
• Ready to start immediately
