The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the daily operations of Elite Filing, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting organizational objectives. Responsibilities include implementing business strategies, managing financial and operational activities, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. The COO will collaborate with leadership to develop long-term growth plans and provide strategic direction to teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad.

• Extensive experience in Business Planning and Operations Management to ensure strategic and efficient organizational processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and develop data-driven recommendations
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to oversee fiscal planning, manage resources, and maintain financial health
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred)
• Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role within a corporate environment
