Chief Operating Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the company short and long term growth strategy targeting AI and Digital services and products development
• Expand business development and sales initiatives to secure new contracts, expand existing partnerships, and achieve aggressive revenue targets focusing on major clients, i.e. PIF, Mega Government Projects, Government entities, Energy, Industrial, etc.
• Build more robust sales and tendering team to compete on and secure major tenders
• Expand the ecosystem of partners to qualify for more projects in AI and Digital Domains
• Expand the delivery capability in Saudi and Globally as well as through service partners
• Inspire, mentor and grow a high-performing leadership team spanning over operations, engineering, and business development.
• Oversee P&L, budgets and forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities to strengthen the company’s position as a leader in providing AI & Digital technologies and services.

Essential experiences:

• 15-20 years of experience in the IT, AI and/or Digital domains with 10+ years of proven success as a senior-level executive with reputable suppliers of technologies and/or services in the region
• A strong track records in setting up AI ,Data and Digital companies and driving their success
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business to meet aggressive sales and revenue targets
• Excellent technical knowledge of AI and Digital solutions, engineering and development.
• A strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and revenue growth.
• Ability to inspire, align, and grow cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in IT or similar , MBA preferred
