Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, implementing efficient business processes, and driving operational excellence. This role requires a results-oriented leader with exceptional management skills and a proven track record in operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage department heads to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on business growth initiatives, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive performance metrics and KPI monitoring to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role, preferably in [industry, e.g., technical services, engineering, or construction].
• Strong understanding of business functions, including HR, Finance, Operations, and Project Management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED55,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
