Chief Operating Officer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Operation to lead the full-cycle operational setup and management of our manufacturing facilities across multiple locations. This role involves structuring newly established or upcoming plants, overseeing end-to-end operations, and transitioning stabilized organizations to local leadership before moving on to the next strategic project.

This is not just a managerial role — it is a builder’s role. We are looking for a strategic operations leader capable of designing and delivering scalable, efficient, and resilient industrial organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement organizational structures for new and existing manufacturing facilities

• Manage and integrate all operational functions including production, maintenance, quality, EHS, procurement, and logistics

• Establish KPI-driven performance systems and foster a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, and related methodologies

• Ensure smooth transition and delegation of matured operations before initiating new projects

• Align all activities with international safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Provide strategic and operational reporting to the executive board

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or related)

• Proven international experience in managing industrial facilities is a must

• Hands-on expertise in production, maintenance, quality, EHS, procurement, and logistics

• Solid knowledge and implementation experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma

• Strong background in building and managing KPI-based operational excellence systems

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Visionary leadership with strong delegation and team-building capabilities

• High adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to travel and work across different regions
