Chief Operating Officer (Batching & Ready-Mix Concrete Industry)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage overall operations of the Batching / Ready-Mix Concrete Plant. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure in plant operations, business development, vendor management, and client coordination, with direct reporting to senior management and Board members.

Job Specifications:

• Industry: Construction / Ready-Mix Concrete
• Location: Karachi
• Gender: Male (Preferred)
• Qualification: B.E./B.Sc. Civil Engineering (Material Engineering preferred)
• Experience Required: Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Batching Plant / Ready-Mix Concrete operations, including business and plant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete operations of Batching and Ready-Mix Concrete Plant.
• Manage production planning, quality control, and timely dispatch of concrete.
• Supervise plant staff, equipment, and maintenance activities.
• Handle raw material procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Monitor business performance, sales targets, and profitability.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management and Board members.
• Coordinate with Civil and Material Engineers regarding mix designs and quality assurance.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at plant site.
