Chief Operating Officer (COO)

1. Strategic Leadership

• Work closely with the Founder & CEO to execute the company’s vision and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Evaluate performance across functions and implement process improvements.

2. Operations & Production

• Oversee production planning, supply chain management, and quality control.
• Ensure smooth coordination between design, merchandising, and manufacturing teams.
• Optimize resources, reduce lead times, and maintain high product standards.

3. Business & Financial Management

• Create and manage budgets, operational KPIs, and cost-control measures.
• Lead pricing, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
• Support fundraising, financial forecasting, and investor relations (if applicable).

4. Team Leadership

• Build and lead high-performing teams across operations, sales, marketing, and logistics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
• Implement effective internal communication and employee engagement strategies.

5. Sales & Expansion

• Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to enhance brand visibility and sales.
• Drive retail and online growth strategies in domestic and international markets.
• Explore opportunities for franchise, wholesale, and export expansion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,501.10 - ₹123,502.72 per month
