Lead Enterprise-Wide Operations for a Premium Tea Café & Lounge Brand

Global Tea Café & Lounge Co. is redefining the café experience by blending premium teas, modern hospitality, and upscale lounge environments. We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee company-wide operations, drive scalable growth, and execute long-term business strategy across our expanding footprint in Doha, Qatar.

This is a senior executive leadership role with full operational authority, high strategic impact, and the opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing premium hospitality brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all company operations across existing and future café & lounge locations
  • Define and execute corporate strategy in alignment with CEO vision and growth targets
  • Oversee regional and multi-site operations, ensuring scalability and consistency
  • Drive financial performance including full P&L ownership and EBITDA improvement
  • Establish high-performance operational frameworks and governance systems
  • Lead senior leadership teams across operations, HR, supply chain, and customer experience
  • Optimize cost structures, procurement systems, and vendor partnerships
  • Champion customer experience excellence and brand positioning across all outlets
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new market entry strategies, and franchise models
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, safety, and hospitality standards in Qatar

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or executive management
  • Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or Regional Director in hospitality, F&B, luxury retail, or multi-unit businesses
  • Strong track record managing multi-location or international operations
  • Deep financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior executives and large teams
  • Strong strategic thinking, execution discipline, and business scaling experience
  • Experience in premium café, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education preferred
