SoulFood House Dining Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to oversee multi-unit operations, scale business performance, and lead organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations and business units
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Standardize processes, systems, and performance metrics across all outlets
  • Lead department heads including culinary, service, HR, and supply chain
  • Drive cost optimization, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion and market growth plans
  • Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or General Manager in hospitality or multi-unit business
  • Strong leadership and organizational management skills
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, systems, and scaling strategies
  • Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and P&L
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Experience managing multi-location or franchise operations
  • Background in premium or upscale dining groups
  • International experience in hospitality operations is a plus
