Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and expand market share. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including hiring and performance management
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO4,700.000 per month
