Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and expand market share. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including hiring and performance management
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in sales or business development
- 3–5+ years of leadership or director-level experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
