About the Role Maxell Bajio LLC is seeking a high-caliber IT Operations Director to spearhead our technology department at our Sur headquarters. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for the design, management, and security of our entire technical infrastructure. You will ensure that our IT operations are seamless, scalable, and aligned with our long-term commercial objectives.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage all IT systems, servers, and network operations to ensure 100% business continuity.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the annual IT roadmap and manage the departmental budget (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Cybersecurity: Lead the implementation of advanced security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor the technical support and engineering teams to maintain high performance.
• Compliance: Ensure all digital operations meet local regulations and international standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud integrations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Pay: RO4,100.000 per month
