Job Responsibilities

Overall responsible for the HSE implementation in the site

HSE Organization:
-
Recruitment of the Casual HSE Labor
-
Train the HSE organization
-
Perform regular performance appraisals for the HSE organization
-
On site coaching for the HSE organization
-
Project Management Team
-
Participate in the routine meetings with the site management team to discuss HSE matters
-
Lead the monthly Project Managers Safety Meeting
-
Achieve the HSE training targets for project employees
-
Client Interaction
-
Ensure positive relation with the clients HSE team
-
Resolve any complaints from the client in HSE matter
-
HSE Implementation
-
Monthly HSE scorecard
-
Develop Training / Induction / TBT programs
-
Lead the implementation of the HSE Management System (PtW, W@H, Lifting, Excavations etc.) and resolve implementation barriers

Develop the HSE Plan and the site Risk Assessment
-
Ensure the employees safety certification procedure is implemented

Identify and purchase the required safety tools
-
Lead the incidents investigation
-
Apply disciplinary actions for employees and subcontractors related to safety violations
-
Budgeting and Controls
-
Review HSE budget for the project and resolve any deficiencies
-
Regular review with the Cost control to ensure HSE budget is on track
