
Chief Operating Officer - IT & SaaS Product Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end business operations, including Technology, Product Delivery, Customer Success, Compliance, and HR Operations.
- Translate the company’s strategic goals into operational KPIs, ensuring measurable growth and performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with CTO, CEO, and Product Heads to align technical delivery, innovation, and business outcomes.
- Implement data-driven systems and processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality assurance across all departments.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and performance tracking across the company.
- Drive automation and operational excellence through modern tools and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop strong team leadership frameworks, coaching department heads and ensuring cultural alignment with the company vision.
- Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and performance gaps—and create measurable improvement plans.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met across operations and client engagements.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to strengthen global delivery capability and process maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as COO, Director of Operations, or Head of Delivery in an IT, SaaS, or software product-based company.
- 10+ years of experience in technology operations, delivery management, or product lifecycle execution.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile / DevOps) and product engineering lifecycles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, QA, Client Success, Finance, and HR).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT Management (MBA preferred).
- International exposure or experience with global B2B SaaS / Fintech products will be a plus.
