This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, offering flexible work arrangements with some remote work options. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations, ensure organizational efficiency, and help drive strategic vision. Responsibilities include developing and implementing business operations strategies, managing financial goals, streamlining workflows, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The COO will collaborate with leadership to improve processes, monitor performance metrics, and lead teams to maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced, tech-centric environment.

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management.
• Solid Analytical Skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance, including Budgeting and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in scaling businesses or startups and implementing operational best practices.
• Background in technology or SaaS-based industries is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid environments with clear communication and adaptability.
