Responsibilities
- Provide support with the department’s day-to-day operations.
- Organize and prioritize high-volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and submitted within designated time frames.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong follow-up skills.
- Act as a key player in Client Relationship Management.
- Handle diverse working situations with professionalism and adaptability.
- Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and team members via email, telephone, and other electronic channels.
- Proactively organize workflow to meet customer time frames.
- Take ownership of complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain positive working relationships across all levels.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar administrative role.
- Skills:
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Strong command of MS Excel and solid commercial sense.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Proven ability in client relationship management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working Hours
- Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM
(Standard Pakistan timings; subject to change as per requirement)
- Holidays follow the UK calendar (no Pakistani federal holidays).
