FEMPOWERMENT is a purpose-driven women’s empowerment movement founded in Dubai in

2025. We exist to inspire, connect, and create real impact for women across the UAE and beyond

— through membership, monthly events, a flagship podcast, 1:1 coaching, workshops, an annual

convention, and a Women’s Business Launchpad. We are a brand built on purpose, community,

and the belief that when women rise, the world rises with them.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Operations to be the operational engine of

FEMPOWERMENTTM. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built and scaled

teams, driven process from the ground up, and thrives in a high-growth startup environment. You

will sit at the intersection of every department — translating the Co-Founders’ vision into

operational reality and ensuring the entire business runs with precision, pace, and purpose.

You will lead a team of four — Community Manager, Events Coordinator, Partnerships Manager,

and Ops & Admin Executive — and act as the connective tissue that keeps FEMPOWERMENT

moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

✓ Operational Leadership: Own day-to-day operations across all departments —

Community, Events, Content, and Partnerships

✓ Team Management: Build, lead, and develop a team of four direct reports, setting KPIs,

conducting reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture

✓ Systems & Process: Design and implement scalable operational systems, processes, and

workflows across the business

✓ Strategy Execution: Work directly with the Co-Founders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines

✓ Finance Oversight: Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, vendor payments, and cost management

✓ Legal & Compliance: Manage legal and compliance requirements — trade licensing,

contracts, employment, and UAE regulatory obligations

✓ People & HR: Lead hiring, onboarding, and HR processes as the team scales beyond the

founding team

✓ Events Oversight: Oversee all event operations — ensuring logistics, staffing, and delivery meet the FEMPOWERMENT standard

✓ Reporting: Monitor business-wide KPIs and deliver weekly operational reporting to the Co-Founders

✓ Stakeholder Management: Represent FEMPOWERMENT in senior partner, sponsor,

and stakeholder meetings as required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ 5+ years of operations leadership experience — ideally in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growth business

✓ Proven experience managing multi-functional teams and driving cross-departmental

performance

✓ Strong financial acumen — budgeting, P&L awareness, and vendor cost management

✓ Experience building operational systems and processes from scratch in a growing business

✓ Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills

✓ Sharp strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach

✓ Outstanding communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to influence at all levels

✓ Comfortable with UAE business requirements — licensing, employment law, and

compliance

✓ Based in Dubai with a strong professional network in the UAE

✓ Deep alignment with the FEMPOWERMENTTM mission and values

NICE TO HAVE

✓ Experience in membership, events, media, or community-based businesses

✓ Previous experience in a women’s empowerment, wellness, or lifestyle brand

✓ Arabic language skills (written or spoken)

✓ Familiarity with UAE free zone and mainland business structures

✓ Experience managing charitable or CSR programmes
