Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer. They are currently seeking a COO for their KSA operation.

Candidates should be skilled or experienced in the following areas:

• Managing a team of up to 10 Direct Reports
• Oversee and accountability for the day-to-day Operations on a large Development area ensuring high level of operational efficiency
• Operational management of all assets across the portfolio including: buildings, infrastructure and public areas
• An understanding of the bidding and tender process for multiple suppliers
• Overseeing Service Delivery from Safety, Security, FM, Maintenance and Cleaning Services
• Strong contract management knowledge to meet Service Level Standards (SLA) and operational KPIs
• Communicate with government authorities and external stakeholders to meet operational requirements
• High level reporting required, delivered to the Executive leadership team
• Understand governance and compliance and Health and Safety
